Oxford Ancestors While 7 clans have been found in Europe, the present estimate is that there are 36 clans in the World (including the 7). Research is ongoing. You can find out which clan you belong to, and a lot of other information from Oxford Ancestors (viking ancestry, descendant of Genghis Khan, etc.).
